1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account with okgane, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your country, state, or territory of residence or access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of okgane or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or partner organizations, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have previously had an okgane account suspended or permanently closed for Terms violations.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register or have been subject to a court-ordered restriction on gambling activities.

okgane reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review. Any account found to have been opened by a person who did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration will be closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Creating Your Account

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okgane platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If okgane discovers that a player holds duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter referred for investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a working mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, okgane is required to complete identity verification in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Driver's License)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from your GCash, Maya, or bank account confirming the account belongs to you)

KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital copies. Edited, cropped, or otherwise manipulated documents will be rejected and the account flagged for review. okgane processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you by email of the outcome.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okgane account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okgane will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact okgane support immediately to initiate an emergency account lock.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

okgane accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your okgane account balance within seconds for mobile wallet payments (GCash, Maya) and within one banking day for traditional bank transfers. okgane is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network disruptions.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okgane processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or if a withdrawal request triggers an AML review.

okgane reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that is unusually large, inconsistent with your depositing history, or otherwise flagged by the platform's risk management systems. This is a regulatory requirement and not a punitive measure.

3.3 Currency and Fees

The functional currency of the okgane platform is Philippine Peso (₱). okgane does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard Philippine payment methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. USDT TRC20 transactions may incur network fees charged by the blockchain, which are outside okgane's control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

okgane offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to PBA Finals, UFC cards, and major boxing events. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, placing any single bet in excess of ₱500 (or an equivalent amount in any game denomination) may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless okgane expressly states otherwise. Players may not claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering more than one account.
• Abuse and Exploitation: okgane reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited promotional offers in bad faith, including through coordinated group betting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic abuse of bonus terms.

5 Game Rules, Betting Rules, and Technical Matters

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the okgane platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address the matter in question.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on okgane are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Bets are only confirmed once accepted by okgane's system and a bet reference number is issued. okgane reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were settled in error, where obvious pricing errors occurred, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation by the relevant sports governing body.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during a gaming session, okgane will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Bets placed during a verifiable technical error on okgane's part will be handled in accordance with the platform's fair play policy. okgane is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures caused by your own internet connection, device, or browser.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okgane platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security systems
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity
• Chip dumping or any other form of deliberate fund transfer between accounts
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content through any okgane communication channel

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the okgane platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text, and data — is the exclusive property of okgane or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license in any intellectual property belonging to okgane or its partners, except the limited right to access the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the okgane platform without prior written authorization from okgane. Unauthorized use of okgane's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

okgane collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations
• okgane does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by Philippine AML regulations
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okgane's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okgane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if okgane has been advised of the possibility of such damages. okgane does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your okgane account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active bonuses will be forfeited. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, please consider using the self-exclusion tool instead, which provides stronger protections against re-registration.

10.2 Termination by okgane

okgane reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account with immediate effect if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) okgane is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) okgane reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; or (d) you engage in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6. In cases of termination for cause, okgane may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the okgane platform shall first be submitted to okgane's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support and submitting a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of submission, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

12 Amendments to These Terms

okgane reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okgane will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
