okgane Privacy Policy
Your personal data matters. This policy explains exactly what information okgane collects from Filipino players, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and how you can exercise your rights under Philippine data privacy law.
Plain-Language Summary
We know privacy policies can be dense. Here is the short version: okgane collects only the data it needs to run your account, process your transactions, and comply with Philippine law. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. You have real rights over your data — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your information. The full legal details are below.
This Privacy Policy is governed by Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

How okgane Handles Your Privacy
Six core principles guide the way okgane manages personal data for all Filipino players on the platform.
Collected Only What Is Needed
okgane applies data minimization — we collect only the personal information required to operate your account, verify your identity, and comply with PAGCOR and AML regulations.
Never Sold to Third Parties
Your data is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. okgane does not monetize your personal information in any way outside of what this policy describes.
Encrypted and Secured
All data transmitted between your device and okgane's servers is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. Sensitive data at rest is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
You Control Your Data
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have rights to access, correct, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. okgane makes exercising these rights straightforward.
Retained Only as Long as Necessary
Personal data is kept only for as long as required to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as mandated by Philippine law — including AML record-keeping requirements.
DPA-Compliant Processing
All data processing activities at okgane are aligned with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission.
1 Personal Data We Collect

If you contact okgane support via live chat, email, or any other channel, we retain records of that communication — including your messages, our responses, and any attachments — for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes.
Lawful Basis for Processing
okgane processes your personal data on the following lawful bases under the DPA: (a) contractual necessity — to operate and administer your account; (b) legal obligation — to comply with AMLA, PAGCOR requirements, and NPC regulations; (c) legitimate interest — to detect and prevent fraud; and (d) consent — for optional communications such as promotional emails, which you may withdraw at any time.
2 How okgane Uses Your Personal Data
okgane uses the personal data it collects solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not use your data in ways that are incompatible with the original purpose of collection. Specifically, your data is used for the following purposes:

3 Data Sharing and Disclosure
okgane does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, we may share your information with the categories of third parties listed below, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
3.1 Payment Processors
To process your deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, we share transaction data with the relevant payment service providers. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.
3.2 Identity Verification Partners
We use trusted KYC and identity verification service providers to help confirm your identity documents. These partners process your ID images and biometric data under strict contractual obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond the verification service.
3.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
okgane may disclose personal data to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request. We will notify affected users of such disclosure unless prohibited from doing so by law.
3.4 Technology and Infrastructure Partners
We work with cloud hosting providers, database services, and cybersecurity vendors who may have access to personal data in the course of providing their services to okgane. All such vendors are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the services they provide to us.
3.5 Game Content Providers
Some games on the okgane platform are provided by third-party game studios and software suppliers. These providers may receive technical session data (such as player session tokens) to power their games but do not receive your full personal profile, financial data, or KYC documents.
No Data Sales — Ever
okgane strictly prohibits the sale of personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial third party for marketing or profiling purposes. This is a firm policy commitment, not just a legal formality. If you ever receive unsolicited communications claiming to be from okgane partners that you did not consent to, please report them to [email protected] immediately.
4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
okgane uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, improve your experience, and gather analytics. A "cookie" is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website.
4.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function — these enable login sessions, security features, and basic navigation. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, game filters, and display options so you do not need to reconfigure them on every visit.
- Analytics Cookies: Help okgane understand how players use the platform — which pages are most visited, where users drop off, and how performance can be improved. Data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
- Security Cookies: Support fraud detection and account security features, including identifying suspicious login attempts and unusual transaction patterns.
4.2 Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to log in and use the okgane platform. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your gaming experience. For full instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.
5 Data Retention
okgane retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The general retention schedule is as follows:
- Account and registration data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years after account closure, in line with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
- KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification or account closure (whichever is later), as required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction.
- Communications and support records: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing dispute.
- Technical and log data: Generally retained for 12 months, unless longer retention is required for security investigations.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus 1 additional year for audit purposes.
When data is no longer required, okgane securely deletes or anonymizes it so that it can no longer be associated with any individual player.
6 Data Security
okgane implements a layered data security framework to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Key security measures include:
- TLS/SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser or mobile device and okgane's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data and financial records stored in okgane's databases are encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data within okgane is restricted to employees and contractors who require it to perform their job functions. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and logged for audit purposes.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Players are encouraged to enable 2FA on their okgane accounts for an additional layer of login security.
- Regular Security Audits: okgane conducts periodic vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate potential security weaknesses in the platform.
- Incident Response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, okgane will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and affected players without undue delay, as required by the DPA.
While okgane takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying okgane immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7 Your Data Privacy Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), all okgane players have the following rights with respect to their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at the details provided in Section 12.

Request a copy of all personal data okgane holds about you, including the purposes for which it is processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data in your okgane account at any time.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary and no legal retention obligation applies.
Right to Object
Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or where processing is based on legitimate interests.
Right to Block or Restrict
Request that okgane suspend processing of your data where accuracy is contested or processing is unlawful.
Right to Data Portability
Request a machine-readable copy of your personal data for transfer to another service provider.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for processing activities based on consent (such as marketing emails) at any time without penalty.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe okgane has violated your data privacy rights.
okgane will respond to all verified data rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. In cases where the request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by a further 15 business days, with prior notice to you. We may request proof of identity before processing any data rights request to prevent unauthorized access to another person's data.
8 Minors and Age Restriction
The okgane platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. okgane does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of individuals under the age of 21.
As part of the registration and KYC process, okgane verifies the age of all players. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed. All deposits made by such a person will be returned, and their data will be securely deleted (subject to any legal reporting obligations that may arise from the discovery of underage access).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an okgane account, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours of notification.
Age Restriction: 21 and Older Only
Real-money gaming on okgane is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Attempting to circumvent age verification is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may constitute an offence under Philippine law.
9 International Data Transfers
okgane primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our technology and service partners — including cloud infrastructure providers and KYC verification vendors — may process data in other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, okgane ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:
- Binding contractual clauses requiring receiving parties to maintain data protection standards equivalent to Philippine DPA requirements
- Transfers only to countries or organizations that the NPC has recognized as providing adequate levels of data protection
- Vendor assessment procedures to confirm security practices before onboarding any international data processor
You may request information about the specific safeguards in place for any international data transfer by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
10 Third-Party Services and Links
The okgane platform may contain references to third-party payment channels, game providers, and support tools. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data processed by okgane. Third-party services — including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other payment partners — operate under their own privacy policies, and okgane is not responsible for their data practices.
When you use a third-party payment service to fund your okgane account, you are subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy in addition to this policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service you use in connection with your okgane account.
11 Changes to This Privacy Policy
okgane reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.
The effective date at the top of this document will always reflect when the policy was last updated. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. Your continued use of the okgane platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
